The proof is in the pudding, or to be specific, the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. An accumulation of plastic waste roughly three times the size of France is a stark reminder of what thoughtless consumption is doing to the earth.

In 2019, Amazon launched a fully recyclable paper padded mailer that protects products during shipping while taking up less space in transit.

 

The recyclable mailer is made of four layers of paper and a water-based cushioning material using components commonly found in the glue used to make cardboard.
