Daniel is obsessed with home gym equipment, set-ups and installation and home work out sessions just to keep himself fit. During exercise, he has a habit of listening to podcasts or motivation audios on Spotify and Audible. He wakes at 5 am and meditates. This keeps him happy. During the lockdown as well this was his go to routine for his wellbeing.
